Products on this site can be shipped to most countries such as United States, Canada, Australia. However, it should be noted that the weather in Iceland is complex and the shipping time is slow, and we need to charge at least $120 for shipping. If the shipping address is in Iceland, you need to contact us first by email: [email protected] Due to the current sad events, we are unable to ship to Ukraine. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.

Standard Shipping Policy

• Standard shipping is free to most supported destinations, including the United States, Canada and Australia (except Iceland). Due to the current saddening events, we are unable to ship to Ukraine. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

• If the shipping address is in Iceland, we need to charge at least $120 for shipping.

• If you still have questions or need to ship to other countries, please contact us for inquiries: [email protected].

• Expedited Shipping is available for selected products and supported destinations for an additional fee. Please refer to the Expedited Shipping section below.

The Shipping Process (in Business Days) Is as Follows:

• Delivery times = Process time (order preparation) + Shipping time

• Order preparation

Once your order information is received, we will process the order:

Standard orders normally require 1-2 weeks for processing. Customized products may require additional processing time. After we ship your order, we will send you a detailed shipping information email, including the tracking number and query website.

(1) Check the stock.

(2) Confirm whether the item in your order needs to be customized.

(3) Check your shipping address.

(4) Reconfirm whether the item in your order is eligible for our Shipping Policy.

(5) If everything is ready, your order will be shipped from our warehouse.

Please make sure you provide a detailed shipping address (Street Number is necessary). Otherwise, our customer service team will inform you of it. This may delay shipment.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email containing a tracking number and tracking website.

Shipping Methods:

(1) Standard Shipping:

• Carrier: EMS

• Cost: Free to most supported destinations

• Processing Time: 1-2 weeks

• Estimated Shipping Time: 2-4 weeks (to most destinations)

(2) Expedited Shipping:

• Carrier: DHL/DPD

• Cost: €10 - €200. The applicable shipping fee varies depending on the product, quantity and destination.

• Processing Time: 1-3 business days

• Estimated Shipping Time:

2-5 business days: Germany

3-7 business days: France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Sweden and Austria

6-10 business days: Other supported European destinations

Expedited Shipping is a paid transportation service available only for selected products and supported destinations. Availability is indicated in the SKU information on each eligible product page.

Duties and taxes are included for eligible Expedited Shipping orders to supported destinations. Customers will not be charged additional customs duties upon delivery.

(3) Fast Shipping: only available to Norway, Iceland, Cyprus, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Delivery Time

The delivery time we mentioned is only an estimate and mainly depends on the shipping time.

And the stock levels are indicated on our website based on stock levels that we receive either from our own or the manufacturers warehouse. Stock levels can change quickly. Even though we indicated In stock on our site, it doesn't mean that the product is actually in stock. By the time of order placement, the item may be sold.

Please do not schedule an electrician based on stock levels and delivery time indicated on our site. Only when the item arrives, the electrician should be scheduled.

Tariff

For eligible Expedited Shipping orders to supported destinations, duties and taxes are included. For other shipping methods, customs duties may apply when the maximum side length of a parcel exceeds 60 cm. The estimated likelihood is approximately 5%. If customs duties apply, we will cover 20% of the amount. In most cases, customs duties to France and other destinations range from $0 to $20 per item.

Compensation for Late Delivery

If the goods are not delivered on time, we very much regret your delayed receipt of the goods and we will provide you with 10% of the order price of the delayed compensation of the goods. We will do our best to ensure that the goods arrive on time.

Will I be responsible for customs duties? If so, how much do they cost?

• The possibility of tariffs may will exist only when the max side length of a parcel is more than 60cm. Generally, this possibility is around 5%.

• If you do, we will be responsible for 20% of this amount.

• In the most cases, the amount for customs duties: 0-$20 per piece.
